Course Description: This module will provide you with a full understanding of project and business management theory in the context of a clinical trial. You will learn how to develop a project management plan, identify key milestones and develop delivery plans. The module will explore implementation and co-ordination of the project plan with an emphasis on communication and project promotion and monitoring. It will also consider the major challenge of identifying barriers to implementation and creating deliverable solutions.
Assessment: Exam 80% - Written Assignment(s) 20%
Course Credit: All LSHTM Short Courses offer transfer of credit to LSTHM Certificate, Diploma or Masters-level programmes within 4 years of completion
Course Study Hours/Duration: 100 hrs over 35 weeks
